We currently offer a wide range of planning services including design of Multi unit Residential Estates, Commercial & Office developments, Single site houses, and our office can provide all services required to submit a planning application including attending pre-planning meetings, planning drawings, site survey& layouts, EPA Site suitability test & all forms etc., we also provide full site supervision services for single site house builds & provide all documentation for all lending institutions & certificates of compliance with planning & building regulations upon completion.  We also undertake Fire safety Certificate applications to local authorities for both residential & Commercial buildings.

Gordon Mitchell Consulting Engineers provide a wide range of Civil & Environmental Engineering services including Civil Infrastructural Projects including Commercial & Residential, Water Supply Projects, Full Civil Design Services for Planning applications, Waste management Services, the company are also Approved EPA Site Suitability Assessors.

We also provide land registry mapping services, Certificates of compliance with planning & building regulations and declarations of identity.

We have also worked with various Architects & companies that specialise in design & building Energy efficient A Rated Timber Frame & Masonry built homes, & have worked on Irelands First Carbon Neutral Masonry house in Mount Temple, Moate, Co. Westmeath. We previously have worked with Duncan Stewart on projects in the midlands for sustainable Eco friendly dwellings. 

We can provide a wide range of Project Management services including managing Self build residential projects from green field site right through to completion; we manage, supervise & source all materials, sub contractors for wide range of projects for clients.

We are currently working on the project management of the refurbishment & extension a large residential dwelling in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath which will feature on “Room to Improve” with Dermot Bannon Architect which will be complete for Autumn 2014.
